We ask that every client agrees to read the terms below before booking. These terms are a agreement between Sign Gypsies South Bay NorCal and our clients.
Please see our contract message below:
* Please water your lawn for 20 minutes each day 3 days prior to install. Lawn stakes will be used for all letters and graphics. If your lawn or install area is not watered, this could prevent the install. Refunds will not be given in this instance.
* Please be sure to turn off your sprinklers the evening prior to your sign install as watermarks will sometimes stain the signs. Please reschedule your gardeners if they are due to come on the day of your event. Moving to the day prior to your event is always helpful.
* We love pets! But our signs do not. Please keep animals away from the yard greeting as they may cause damage while unattended. Additionally, please clean up any animal waste prior to installation of the greeting. If there is animal waste in the greeting area the greeting may be placed in an alternative location or unable to be installed. No refunds will be given if greetings cannot be installed.
* Please kindly do not remove or rearrange any of the lawn signs. If any damage is made while signs are in your possession an invoice will be sent to you directly for the cost of the actual replacement. If you have any concerns or adjustments please contact us at 408-332-6102.
* This sign is a 24hr rental (unless otherwise arranged) not a purchase.
* We deliver between 8:00 PM (evening before) and 8:00 AM (event date) depending on the most efficient delivery route with multiple orders. 95% of all our installs happen the evening prior to your event. If you need to request a specific install time please make arrangements at the time of booking.
* Lawn signs will be removed after sunset or 8pm the day of your event by our team. Please do not remove. If you would like to keep your rental later then 8pm please let us know. * Additional days are available for additional cost.
* No refunds will be given if canceled less than 48 hours prior to installation date.
* We will text you a photo when our installation is complete.
* If your event has canceled due to COVID19 we will do what we can to rearrange your lawn sign greeting to another available date. All requests for a refund consideration will need to be requested 72 hours in advance.
